Plans

The same work, three billing cadences

You are looking at one service with three payment rhythms, not three grades of service. Every plan gets the same weekly inspection and the same written report. What changes is how often you are billed and what that does to the rate you are really paying.

Monthly

$100 per month

Billed monthly · $50 one-time setup

Works out at $100 per month.

The first invoice is $150, which is the $100 month plus the one-time $50 setup. After that, each invoice is $100.

Quarterly

$300 every 3 months

Billed every 3 months

Works out at $100 per month.

A single $300 invoice covers the next three months, and there is no setup charge on top of it.

What is included

Identical on every plan

This list could have been chopped into three tiers so the middle one looked like better value. The actual work would not have changed at all, so the list stays whole.

Outside the subscription: carrying out the changes, development work, hosting, and any form of guarantee on rankings, traffic or revenue.

  • One written report a week, in language you can act on without translating
  • An inspection against what your site is genuinely trying to achieve
  • Faults and gaps found on your actual pages, never a generic checklist
  • A live priority list so you always know what is worth doing next
  • Search visibility checked, including the plain phrases that bring buyers
  • Ideas drawn from material you already own and have never published
  • The enquiry path walked end to end and every leak written down
  • Competitor pages read wherever the comparison is genuinely useful
  • A verdict on what we changed last week, including when we were wrong
  • Everything in the Monthly plan
  • The lowest rate per month

The setup fee

Why monthly carries a one-time $50 and the others do not

This gets asked often. The truthful answer is that the opening review takes far longer than any that follow it, and the longer terms absorb that cost inside the price.

The first review is the expensive one

We begin with a blank sheet. Every page, service, rival and search phrase has to be established from zero, and none of that groundwork is repeated in later weeks.

On monthly, you can leave immediately

A monthly customer can walk away after one month. Folding the setup cost into the monthly price would mean every short-stay customer being subsidised by the people who remained.

On longer plans, the term covers it

Three and six month terms cover enough weeks that the opening review pays for itself inside the price. That is the entire explanation for the fee vanishing.

Billing

How payment actually works

There is no checkout and no card field anywhere on this website. Money moves by invoice, and only after a person has read your site.

Step one. You apply. No money is taken and nothing is held for you. An application is a request, not an order.

Step two. If we accept your site, a PayPal invoice for the plan you picked arrives at the address you applied with. If we decline it, no invoice is ever generated.

Step three. You settle the invoice inside PayPal using whichever funding source you like. At no stage do we see or retain card or bank details.

Step four. Your opening review starts as soon as the payment clears, and reports then continue every week for as long as the period you bought.

Renewals. The monthly plan re-invoices each month and ends whenever you ask it to. The quarterly and half-yearly plans run to the close of the period you paid for, then re-invoice unless you have already told us to stop.

Price changes. Should the price ever move, a period you have already paid for is untouched, and you will get an email before any change reaches a renewal.

Choose a cadence and we will review your website

The plan affects nothing except how you are billed. Pick whichever cadence suits your cash flow and we will handle the rest.
