The service

FixUrSite provides an ongoing inspection of a customer's website, delivered as a written report at the cadence described on the plans page. This is an advisory service. It is not website development, and it is not a guarantee of any commercial outcome.

Reports describe observations and recommended changes. Deciding whether to act on a recommendation, and carrying it out, remains the customer's responsibility.

Applications are reviewed before acceptance

Submitting the application form is a request, not an order. Every website is read by hand before a subscription is agreed. We may decline an application, in which case nothing is charged and you are told why. A subscription exists only once an application has been accepted and the invoice has been paid.

No guaranteed results

No specific ranking, visitor count, conversion rate, enquiry volume or revenue figure is promised here, because none of it is ours to promise. Search engines and AI answer systems belong to other companies and change their behaviour without telling anyone. Anything shown on this site illustrates the kind of thing we notice or change, never a result you should expect.

Customer responsibilities

The service depends on having a live website to inspect. You agree to keep the website publicly accessible for the duration of the subscription, to tell us if the address changes, and to provide accurate contact details.

You confirm that you are entitled to request an inspection of the website you submit, and that doing so does not breach any agreement you have with a third party.

Access

We do not require access to your website administration, hosting or analytics accounts. The inspection works from your publicly visible pages. If we later ask for access to sharpen a specific recommendation, providing it is entirely optional and you may decline without affecting the subscription.

Fees and billing

Subscriptions are billed at the price displayed on the plans page at the time of your application, in advance, for the period you selected. Invoices are issued through PayPal and are payable on receipt.

Prices may change in future. A price change will not affect a period you have already paid for, and we will give notice by email before it applies to a renewal.

Reports and intellectual property

Each report is written for your business and you may do what you like with it internally, including passing it to your own staff, designer or developer. Reselling it, publishing it as your own work, or sending it outside your organisation needs our written agreement first.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided with reasonable skill and care, in good faith and on the basis of the information available to us. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FixUrSite.com is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue or loss of anticipated savings arising from use of this website or the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending the subscription

Either party may end the subscription as described in the Refunds and Cancellation Policy. We may end it immediately if the website is used for unlawful purposes, if we are asked to act in a way that is misleading, or if the relationship becomes abusive.

Governing terms and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FixUrSite.com operates, and any dispute falls to its courts.
